Internet Souls
I’ve bored so many people talking about how the mechanics of web stuff conveys emotional content. In fact I sent a thousand people to sleep at Design Indaba in Cape Town a few years ago trying to tell designers to consider the structure, functions, and implementations of web applications because the way they work are as emotionally expressive as the arrangement of the page and thus should be under ‘creative’ guidance. There I’ve probably bored you now.
Anyway, here’s a really nice thing someone’s made to show how different each of these structures make you feel when you take away all the content and branding cues. Think there’s a nice quiz in there too.
