Previous comment is pretty sweeping considering scamming is by no means an African phenomenon and yes we're all at it the world over. 419 scamming does seem to be concentrated in nigeria though if my inbox is anything to go by. I don't think there's any moral defense for ignoring this activity as there is any scamming, wherever it is. I'd love to see scammers and hoaxers humiliated all over the world, I'm not too choosy.
